Steps to Join the Seattle Cricket Club:

1. Contact an administrator.
2. Fill out the following forms:
   • SCC Disclaimer Form is required by all members.

   These forms are in PDF format. If you are having trouble seeing these forms on your computer, you need Acrobat Reader installed. Click on Get Acrobat Reader link on the left.
   

3. Pay the membership dues.
4. Show up on practices every Wednesdays.

• Availability Form is required by every member.
• SCC Disclaimer Form is required if a member.
• BCMCL Disclaimer Form is required by all member that will be playing BCMCL games.
• All players need to submit two passport sized color photographs, with their full names in CAPITAL LETTERS and ID# on the BACK and their signature on the BOTTOM FRONT. These photographs are to be collected by the BCMCL captains.
  
• Player List Form. This templete will help the captains get their player list to the umpires and the opposing team.
