SCC Executive Committee Meeting
02/20/08
Kirkland, WA. 7pm


Attendance; Bunti Sarai, Harsh (Buntoo) Nayar, Anwar Samad, Tehmosp (Gulli) Khan, Naveed Deen, AJ Handa, Jack Surendranath.

FINANCES; Target budget for 2008 is $17,000. Dues will be as follows:
Playing members = $300
Full time College Student = $150
18 and under = No dues
Non Playing members = $50
Seniors = $50 + per game fees to cover ground and ball cost

To keep the Club solvent, a concerted effort will be made by all EC members to collect dues in a timely manner.

BCMCL: This year the Club will enter only one team in the BC league. Tehmosp Khan (Gulli) will be the official representative and will be fully support.

NWCL: The Club plans on entering 3 teams in the League 2 of the teams have been worked out and their goals are set. A person in charge and a core for the 3rd team is being actively pursued and will be finalized prior to the deadline for the league to register teams and release home dates. Congratulations to Jack for his selection as a lifetime honorary NWCL member.

SENIORS: The Club will support the senior format and help the Senior team management of Shimoga Srinath, Dr. Surinderjit Singh, & Charles Benjamin in organizing and scheduling games.

GROUNDS; Aslam Khan is to continue as VP for grounds, and report via email on current progress with the Seattle Parks Department.

OTHER MATTERS:
- We have decided that Muslim Habib will be the practice coordinator.
- The Club will invest in a Flicx wicket at a budgeted cost of approximately $4000.
